On the Boards: Philadelphia Health Center 3
The Philadelphia Health Center #3 project includes three phases of improvements to this Mid-Century Modern building. Phase 1 is the New Public Elevator Project which will make the building’s split levels and second floor accessible. Interior renovations will create a new Elevator Lobby and Corridor.
Phase 1-3
Construction Documents for Phase 1 are complete, and construction will start in Spring, 2020.
Phase 2 includes the renovation of the attached Phipps Building.
Phase 3 will be the renovation of the Main Building.
